A deposit is required for all services at the time of booking. The deposit is applied to your final service total. It is non-refundable but may be transferred if a reschedule is made at least 24 hours in advance. 24 hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel appointments without forfeiting your deposit. Cancellations made within 23 hours of appointment will result in loss of deposit, and no-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service. Arriving 15+ minutes late may require rescheduling or modification of your service, with charges applied accordingly.
